Required returnable documents: Central Supplier Database Full Registration Report, Pricing Schedule/Quotation on Company Letterhead, Valid SARS Tax Pin, BBBEE Affidavit/Certificate, CIPC Registration Documents, Director(s) Certified ID Copy (not older than 3 months), Proof of Business Address, SBD 4 (Bidder Declaration), SBD 6.1 (Preferential Procurement Claim Form), General Conditions of Contract (GCC) - initial each page.

• Use the official tender document from Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality (available from 10 June 2026 at 2601/3 Bongimfundo Street, Siyabuswa, or via the e-Tender portal for a non-refundable fee of R3,516.32). • Complete all sections in black ink only. Do not use correction fluid, erasable ink (e.g., pencil), or make alterations without initialing them. • Ensure all returnable documents are fully completed, signed, and returned. Missing or unsigned pages will disqualify the bid. • Seal the tender and all returnable documents in one envelope. Externally endorse it with: 'APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE LAYOUT, DESIGN, BRANDING, PRINTING, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PRINTING WORKS ON AN AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS'. • Deposit the sealed envelope in the Tender Box at the Main Entrance Reception, Dr JS Moroka Local Municipality, 2601/3 Bongimfundo Street, Siyabuswa, 0472, by 11:00 on 09 July 2026. Late, telegraphic, telephonic, fax, telex, or emailed submissions will not be accepted. • Tender validity period: 90 days from the closing date. No substitutions or withdrawals are allowed after submission. • Mandatory attendance: Compulsory briefing session on 12 June 2026, 11:00–12:00 at DR JS Moroka GaPhahla Community Hall. Only bidders who attend and sign the register will be considered. • Disqualification risks: Missing tax clearance PIN; incomplete schedule of quantities; non-attendance of the briefing; unsigned pages or missing authority for signatory; submitting a copy instead of the original; using correction fluid; attempting to influence the evaluation; submitting after the deadline; outstanding municipal debts (>30 days); being listed on the Register of Bid Defaulters; or conflicts of interest (e.g., state employees or advisors).

Required returnable documents: Certified copy of company registration (for corporate entities, including companies, close corporations, and trusts). Certified copy of VAT 103 Certificate. Certified copy of IRP30 (if classified as a Labour Broker). Completed and signed Contractors’/Suppliers’ Questionnaire B, with all questions answered by marking the appropriate column with an 'X'.

All applicable pages in the tender document must be duly signed and returned as part of your submission. Failure to comply (e.g., unsigned pages) will invalidate your tender. No late tenders will be accepted under any circumstances.
