Returnable documents (annexure a): - copy of company registration certificate (ck) – compulsory. - Tax compliance status pin (printed) – non-compulsory. - Copy of current municipal account in the bidder's name, not in arrears for more than 3 months, and not older than 3 months, or a lease agreement plus the landlord's municipal account – for the bidder's business premises and directors' residences – compulsory. - Csd summary report – non-compulsory. - Joint venture agreement and csd registration as a joint venture, if applicable – compulsory. - All forms must be completed in full – compulsory. - Failure to submit any compulsory document leads to disqualification. Submission method: - tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the tender number, title and closing date, and the bidder's name. - Deliver to the tender box on the 1st floor, room b207, civic centre, corner walter sisulu and wanderers avenue, middelburg. - The tender box is emptied just after closing time; bids are then public. - Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email, unmarked and late tenders are not accepted.
