Submit tender to: Physical Tender Box at Denel PMP Main Admin Reception, 1 Ruth First Street, Lotus Gardens, Pretoria West. Tender box hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30–15:30, Friday 07:30–12:00. Closing date: 12 June 2026, 12:00 noon SA time. Late submissions will not be considered. Use the official tender document provided – do not retype. Submit one original and one electronic copy on a memory stick for Qualifying and Functional Evaluations, and another original and electronic copy for Price and Preferential Points. Package each submission in two separate envelopes: one for 'Qualifying and Functional Evaluation' and one for 'Price and Preferential Points'. Mark each envelope clearly with tender number, closing date, and envelope type. Include all compulsory returnable schedules and documents listed in Part B (e.g., signed Part A and Part C, Annexure A, SBD4, SBD6.1 with B-BBEE certificate, Annexure K for mandatory criteria, Annexure N for references). Failure to include these may result in disqualification. Initial each page of the tender document in the bottom right corner. No canvassing of Denel employees is allowed; it will lead to immediate disqualification.
