Incomplete pricing = non-responsive bid. \n• Valid CIDB Grade 2CE certificate (active status) must be submitted and will be verified online. \n• Missing bid condition documents at closing: 2 working days to submit (7 working days for tax compliance). Failure = disqualification. \n• Proposals must be in English, compiled in an arch lever file with one original marked 'original' and loose-leaf copies. \n• Hand-delivered proposals must be sealed with bidder name, proposal description, RFQ number, closing date/time, and attention person on the outside. \n• All amendments to documents must be initialled by the bidder. \n• No oral instructions are valid; only written clarifications from SAPO are binding.
