Late, electronic, couriered, postal, or faxed submissions are not accepted. Required returnables: Certified copies of IDs for all directors/members; certified copy of company registration (CIPC); valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (for all JV partners if applicable); CSD full registration report (for all JV partners); proof of municipal rates/taxes or lease agreements for company and all directors (not older than 3 months); proof of residence for all directors; certified HPCSA/SASOM/SASOHN registration (if applicable); valid JV agreement (tender-specific if applicable); certified copies of banking details with bank grading of C or higher; resolution for signatory authority (Section 04/05); completed MBD forms (1, 3.1, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9); previous work experience of similar nature; declaration of interest; bid validity period of 90 days. All documents must be original certified copies—no copies of certified copies accepted. Bid must be completed in black ink; no correction fluid or erasable ink permitted. Pricing must be firm, VAT-inclusive, and quoted per person (rates only).
