Submit bids in a sealed envelope to the bid box at 310 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Old Boys School Building, Pietermaritzburg, 3201 before 30 June 2026 at 11:00. Late, emailed, faxed, telegraphed, or hand-delivered bids after the deadline will not be accepted. Bid documents can be downloaded at no cost from the KZN Department of Health website (Tenders - KZN Department of Health) or the eTenders Portal. Postal submissions must be addressed to: Private Bag X9051, Pietermaritzburg, 3200.

Submit the SBD 6.1 Preference Points Claim Form as part of the tender. Include all required proof or documentation to claim preference points for specific goals. Failure to submit these will result in no points being awarded for those goals. The Road Accident Fund may request substantiation of claims at any time, either before or after adjudication.

• Submit bids electronically via the Transnet e-Tender Submission Portal: transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net (use Google Chrome). • Closing date: 20 May 2026 at 15:00 PM. No late submissions accepted. • Upload bid documents against the specific tender/RFQ selected. Maximum 30MB per upload; multiple uploads permitted. • Submit at least one day before closing to avoid technical issues (e.g., internet speed, bandwidth). • Mandatory returnable documents (failure to submit results in disqualification): - SBD1 Form (Section 1) - Quotation Form (Section 4) - Certificate of Acquaintance with RFQ Documents (Section 5) - RFQ Declaration and Breach of Law Form (Section 6) - Specific Goals Points Claim Form (Section 7) • All returnable sections must be signed, stamped, and dated by an authorised representative. • Ensure bid is lodged on time, all returnable documents are completed, and bid is duly signed.

Submit quotations via email to [email protected]. Include the RFQ number in the subject line. Submissions must be in PDF format. If the file size is large, compress it into a single ZIP file. Submitting more than one email will result in disqualification. Ensure all forms are completed, signed, and dated; do not retype or redraft forms.
