- Must be a registered legal entity with a valid SARS tax clearance certificate. - Must have proven experience in OHS audits, particularly in water and sanitation. - Must employ or subcontract certified OHS professionals (e.g., Samtrac, nebosh). - Must provide performance security (e.g., Bank guarantee) within 30 days of award. - Must comply with south african OHS regulations and anti-corruption laws. - Must ensure timely delivery of audits; penalties apply for delays. - Must not engage in collusive bidding or restrictive practices under the competition act.

• Submit bids electronically via the TRANSNET e-tender submission portal: transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net (Use google chrome). • Closing date: 20 may 2026 at 15:00 pm. NO late submissions accepted. • Upload bid documents against the specific tender/rfq selected.
