• Obtain the quotation documents (online at www.capewinelands.gov.za Or https://etenders.treasury.gov.za, Or hard copy from 29 du toit street, stellenbosch). • Register on the cwdm supplier database and the central supplier database before submitting. • Complete all forms in black ink; NO correction fluid or missing pages – disqualified if any. • Attach a copy of the board resolution authorising the signatory. • Sign the quotation or have an authorised signatory sign; include the authorising resolution if required. • Enclose the completed quotation in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the quotation number and description. • Deliver the sealed envelope to the official tender box at 29 du toit street, stellenbosch before 11:00 on wednesday 18 february 2026. • Bids opened publicly after the closing time. • Telexed, faxed or emailed bids are not accepted.
