• Appointment of an accredited service provider for 36 months • provision of actuarial services for post-retirement medical aid valuation • registration with the CIDB and compliance with BBBEE standards

• Service providers must have relevant experience in mining support service activities • bids must be submitted by 2026/03/25 • attendance of a briefing session is compulsory

• Submit 1 original bid document plus 2 hard‑copy copies (total 3 hard copies) and 1 electronic copy on a USB drive. • All documents must be placed in the tender box at 145 western service road, western woods office park, woodmead. • Bids must be received by 11:00 AM on 30 january 2026; late submissions are automatically disqualified. • Bids submitted by any other method (telegram, fax, email, etc.) Will not be accepted. • Only the address listed above may be used for delivery; any other address results in rejection. • All required returnable documents (sbd 1 invitation to bid, sbd 4 bidders’ disclosure, sbd 3 pricing schedule, sbd 6.1 Preference claim form, sbd 7 contract form where applicable) must be fully completed, signed in black ink and attached. • Failure to provide any required returnable document or to sign correctly will lead to disqualification.

• Submit 1 original bid and 2 hard‑copy copies plus 1 electronic copy on USB as instructed. • Use a two‑envelope system: technical proposal in one envelope, pricing proposal in a separate envelope clearly labelled. • All documents must be signed in black ink; original signatures required. • Returnable documents (sbd 1‑7) must be fully completed and attached, including: - invitation to bid (sbd 1) - bidders’ disclosure (sbd 4) - preference claim form (sbd 6.1) - Detailed pricing schedule (sbd 3) - contract form (sbd 7) (if applicable) • proof of central supplier database (csd) registration and tax compliance (SARS tax verification pin) must be submitted with the bid. • Late bids or bids submitted to any address other than the tender box will be rejected. • Non‑compliance with any returnable document or missing signature will result in disqualification.
