• Any award is conditional on accepting the special conditions of contract as minimum terms. • Submit the general conditions of contract, duly signed by an authorised representative, with your bid. • Upon award, a service level agreement or standard independent contractor agreement will be concluded based on draft service level indicators in the tender pack. • You may comment on draft service level indicators/milestones, explain each comment, and use an easily identifiable colour font or 'track changes' for amendments. • Sanbi reserves the right to accept or reject any amendments proposed by a bidder. • Sanbi reserves the right to cancel or terminate the tender process at any stage, including after the closing date, presentations, evaluation, or notification of preferred bidders. • Award may be made to multiple bidders based on size or geographic considerations. • Bidders bear all costs of preparing, submitting, and presenting their tender; sanbi is under NO obligation for these costs. • This document prevails over any briefing session information unless expressly amended in writing.
