- Submit a written quotation to the agricultural research council (arc) as per the attached terms of reference (tor). - Quotation must be submitted via email to [email protected] (As stated in the document). - Submission must be received by the closing date and time: 12/08/2026 at 11:00 AM. - complete the specification list, ticking 'yes' or 'NO' for each item; if 'NO', indicate the deviation. - Include a datasheet/catalogue of the machinery you are quoting for. - Quotation must be on official letterhead and duly signed. - Indicate the validity period of the quotation. - Indicate the delivery date. - Complete and sign all standard bidding documents (sbd forms) including sbd 4 and sbd 6.1; Failure to do so may result in disqualification. - Submit the following with the bid: company registration documents (ck certificate), completed specification list, valid BEE certificate, valid tax pin, csd registration number and full csd report. - Ensure you are not listed on the register for tender defaulters or list of restricted suppliers. - Goods/services will only be supplied upon receipt of a purchase order from the arc. - The arc reserves the right to do due diligence on quotations and to benchmark prices quoted.
