- Submit bids by hand or courier to: SAFCOL nelspruit office, absa square, 3rd floor, reception, 20 paul kruger street, mbombela, nelspruit. - Deposit bids in the tender box next to reception (accessible mon-fri, 08h00-16h30). - late bids will not be accepted. - Bids must be submitted on official forms (not re-typed) with original signatures in black ink. - Compulsory briefing session: 01 july 2026, 11h00-12h30 via microsoft teams (link provided). Failure to attend leads to disqualification. - Advise couriers of delivery instructions to avoid misplacement. - NO bids accepted via email or internet from bidders with offices in south africa. - Bids from international bidders with NO local representation will not be accepted.

• Download the bid document from the city of mbombela website (www.mbombela.gov.za/tenders) Or the e‑tenders portal (www.etenders.gov.za) – Available from 14 may 2026. • Complete all required forms and attach the supporting documents listed in the compliance section. • Place the completed bid and supporting documents in a sealed envelope. • Envelope must be clearly marked: “bid number – COM57/2026, bid description – provision of agricultural input support material and machinery, closing date – 22 may 2026”, and include the bidder’s name. • Deliver the sealed envelope to the bid box at mbombela civic centre, 1 nel street, mbombela, before 11:00 on 22 may 2026. • Submissions by telegram, fax or e‑mail will be rejected. • Late submissions will not be accepted. • Fraudulent or forged documents may result in de‑registration from public procurement for up to 10 years.
