• Valid travel agency licence and iata accreditation • proof of three years’ travel management experience in the public sector • BBBEE certificate and CIDB grading if applicable

• Proven experience in bulk food supply and distribution • reliable logistics network across eastern cape districts • valid tax clearance and BBBEE certificate

• Submit all required returnable documents listed in part t2 (e.g., Invitation to bid, tax good standing declaration, pricing schedules, declarations of interest, preference points claim, local content declaration, contract forms, etc.). • Bids must be delivered to the bid box at thulamela municipality offices, old agriven building, thohoyandou, 0950, NO later than 11:00 hrs on 13 february 2026. Late bids will be rejected. • Use the official forms provided; do not re‑type the content. • Include a signed contract form (sbd7) and proof of authority (e.g., Company resolution). • Provide your SARS tax compliance status (tcs) pin or csd number; each party in a consortium must submit its own tcs/pin/csd. • Disqualification risks: missing any returnable document, late delivery, non‑compliance with tax obligations, failure to be registered on the central supplier database, being listed as a tender defaulter, or having directors/persons in the public service. • Ensure all signatures, stamps and contact details are legible on declarations and reference letters.
