Mandatory requirements: Must be an accredited Manage Engine AD Manager Plus and AD Audit Plus reseller (attach certificate). No tender defaulter or restricted supplier status. Compliance with POPIA and disclosure requirements (SBD4 form). Submission of all required documentation (non-compliance leads to disqualification). Evaluation: All quotations above R2000 evaluated on pricing (80 points) and preferential points (20 points) using the 80/20 system. Preferential points: Black Owned Entities (8 pts), Women Owned Entities (6 pts), Youth Owned Entities (4 pts), PWD Owned Entities (2 pts). Proof of ownership (CIPC docs, IDs, disability certificates) required to claim points. Ownership verification conducted via Central Suppliers Database.

Renewal of Manage Engine AD Manager Plus and AD Audit Plus software for 12 months. Scope: Coverage for 5 domain controllers, 3 file servers, and 200 member servers. Manage Engine AD Manager Plus: Comprehensive Active Directory management and reporting solution (user provisioning, password management, group management, detailed reporting). Manage Engine AD Audit Plus: Auditing and IT compliance solution for Active Directory (tracks changes, monitors user activities, real-time alerts, detailed audit reports, advanced search capabilities).

Pricing must include total fixed amount with all applicable taxes. Quotation must state total price clearly for evaluation. Pricing Schedule required: Service Provider Name, Description (Manage Engine AD Manager Plus and AD Audit Plus renewal for 12 months), Quoted Amount, VAT, Grand Total Price. Quotation validity: 90 days.
