• Scope: Appointment of a service provider registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) to supply EPWP (Expanded Public Works Programme) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the 2026/2027 period.
• The appointed provider will enter into a service level agreement with Blouberg Local Municipality.
• Deliverables: Provision of PPE as required by the EPWP programme.
• The bidder must be the entity that will execute the contract; fronting will lead to immediate disqualification.
• Joint ventures/consortia are permitted but must submit proof of joint venture agreement and recent CSD reports verified between the advert and closing dates.

• Pricing must be in South African Rand, inclusive of all duties, taxes, VAT, and levies applicable 14 days before the closing date.
• Rates and prices must be fixed for the contract duration, payable within 30 days upon receipt of a valid invoice.
