For prices subject to rate of exchange variations, provide full particulars of the financial institution, currencies used, and amounts remitted abroad.

Pricing must be in South African Rand (ZAR) and include all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies). Non-firm prices will be adjusted using the assessed contract price adjustment formula. Bidders must specify if prices are firm or non-firm. For non-firm prices, provide a breakdown of factors (e.g., labour, transport) and their percentages. For foreign currency components, submit average monthly exchange rates from your commercial bank with proof.

Appointment of a service provider for cleaning services at DSTI, NIPMO, and NACI for 18 months. Non-compliance with submission requirements (e.g., missing or incomplete documentation) may invalidate the bid.

Submit bids by the closing date and time (11:00 on 11 August 2026) to the bid box at DSTI Building 41, CSIR Campus, Meiring Naude Road, Brummeria, Pretoria. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on official forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1) as provided—do not re-type. Failure to comply with submission requirements (e.g., missing forms, incorrect address, or late delivery) may render the bid invalid. The successful bidder must sign a written contract form (SBD7).

Bidders must not be listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers list. State employees or companies with state-employed directors are excluded. Foreign suppliers must complete a tax residency questionnaire. Bidders must declare no collusion or prior involvement in drafting specifications. Compliance with POPIA is required for personal information submission.
