• 1x Mechanical Fitter/Millwright with trade test certificate.
• 2x Boiler Operators with training certificate/confirmation.
• 2x Boiler Operator Assistants (no qualification required).
• 1x Electrician with wireman's license card.

• Objective criteria: Department may pass over highest scoring bidder if positioned to win multiple similar bids.
• Negotiation methodology: If next highest price ≤ highest, award at tendered price; if higher but not market-related, counter offer at highest bidder's price; if highest not market-related and next is, appoint next at tendered price; if both not market-related, give market-related counter offer.
• Department may withdraw or cancel bids before or after closing date.

• Estimated labour for breakdowns/call-outs: 1x Fitter/Millwright (30 hours), 1x Electrician (30 hours), 2x Assistants (30 hours), Travelling 300 km.
• Estimated material cost: Provisional amount R64,800 with percentage mark-up.
• Total cost excluding VAT, VAT @15%, grand total for 1 month and 5 months.
