Pricing must be firm and inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Non-firm prices or prices subject to exchange rate variations will not be accepted. Submit a completed pricing schedule (MBD 3.1) with unit prices, total prices, and grand total (including VAT at 15%). All delivery costs must be included in the bid price. 80/20 point scoring system: 80 points for price (lowest acceptable tender as baseline), 20 points for specific goals (e.g., B-BBEE compliance). Failure to submit proof for specific goals results in zero points for that category.
