All items in the Bill of Quantities must have a rate/amount enteredβmissing rates will disqualify the bid. Documents must be completed in blank ink, with corrections countersigned. Bid documents are available from 12:00 on 19 May 2026 at the same address (R1000 non-refundable fee) or free via the E-Tender Portal.
Submit bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number and title, to the tender box at Bergrivier Municipal Offices, 13 Kerk Street, Piketberg by 12:00 on 08 June 2026. Bids must be on original documentation, completed in black ink (no erasable ink, correction fluid, or tape). Late, incomplete, emailed, or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids addressed to municipal officials in a personal capacity will be disqualified. Couriers must ensure bids are placed in the tender box; the municipality is not liable for courier errors. Bids must remain valid for 120 days after closing. Only bids submitted on official forms will be accepted. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
