Scope: Design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a complete gas monitoring system for the Oil, Coal, Water, and Microbiology Laboratories within Research, Testing and Development at Rosherville, Johannesburg.

Coverage: System must monitor oxygen levels and gas supply pressure across 14 laboratory areas on Ground Floor West, Ground Floor East, and First Floor.

Required components: Oxygen detectors, gas pressure transmitters, control panel with audible and visual alarms, battery backup, remote monitoring capability, and central status display.

Gas types and pressure range: Pressure monitoring must accommodate Argon, Helium, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Mixed Gas, Synthetic Air, Medical Oxygen, LPG, and P10, with an operating range of 0–250 bar and 4–20 mA output.
