- to enable the Municipality to view the taxpayer’s profile and tax Status
- All supplementary forms including municipal rates and taxes clearance certificate form
- contained in the bid documents must be completed in full or (submit a proof that the municipal
- rates and taxes are not in arrears for more than three months)
- In Bids whereby consortia/ joint ventures/ sub-contractors are involved, each party must submit a
- separate Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate/Pin/CSD Number.
