Summary
Unarmed security guarding services for the department of employment and labour's mpumalanga provincial office in emalahleni over a six-month period, covering seven grade c officers across day and night shifts together with all equipment, a 24-hour control room and site registers. Bids are evaluated in two stages: administrative compliance first, then price and specific goals on the 80/20 system, with 80 points for price and 20 for specific goals. The decisive risk is that every mandatory document — sbd 3.3, Valid psira certificates and good standing, and nbcpss good standing with health insurance — must be valid on the closing date, and quoted rates may not fall below the prescribed nbcpss rates. Submission is by email to [email protected] By 11:00 on 09 october 2026.
Document read. The full tender notice and its supporting documents are read end-to-end. Key sections, requirements, dates, and contact details are identified and pulled into a working summary you can act on.
Compliance review. The working summary is checked against South African procurement standards — PFMA, PPPFA, B-BBEE, CIDB, local content, and preferential procurement — so nothing critical is missed before you start your bid response.
