Gumbi water supply scheme upgrade the construction of 750m of 200mm diameter hdpe pipeline and 6500m of 200mm diameter pvc-o rising pipeline, with associated valves, chambers and fittings, new floating raw water abstraction pumpstation with two submersible pumps, installation of two new high-lift raw water pumps. Mechanical and electrical works to upgrade and optimise the gumbi water treatment works production to 1,5ml/day, new centrifugal pumps and associated civil works, construction of 8500m of 140mm diameter u-pvc rising main to hlambanyathi and gumbi extension.
