Disqualification risks: - failure to provide or comply with any required particulars may render the bid invalid. - Bids received after the closing time are not considered. - Bidders or subcontractors listed on the register for tender defaulters or list of restricted suppliers are automatically disqualified. - Failure to comply with the 20–25% subcontracting requirement results in disqualification. - Bidders who do not respond in writing to a bid validity extension will not be considered further upon expiry of the initial validity period.

Late submissions (even one second after) will not be considered. - All bids must be in english. - Complete and return all required forms: saa sbd1 (invitation to tender), sbd2 (tax clearance certificate), sbd3.3 (Pricing schedule), sbd4 (declaration of interest), sbd6.1 (Preference points), and the general conditions of contract. - Complete the information schedule (part 1) and return IT by email to lee-anne alva-wright. - Mark compliance with each bid requirement as yes, NO, or noted on a paragraph-by-paragraph basis. Attach explanatory notes as an appendix. - Clearly state any deviations in part 6 (deviations) or a covering letter; otherwise, bid is deemed unqualified. - Keep a copy of your bid for future reference. - All costs for preparing the bid are for the bidder's account. - Ensure all required documentation is included; missing information may invalidate your bid. - Bidders must consent to processing of personal information (popi).

- Complete and submit the sbd 4 declaration of interest form as part of the bid. - The form must be signed and dated by the bidder or authorised representative. - Ensure all sections are fully completed, including disclosure of any employment relationships with organs of state or saa employees. - Disclose all related enterprises registered on the csd, including supplier registration numbers and status. - Failure to disclose all required information may lead to disqualification. - The bid must be submitted before the closing date and time as specified in the tender documentation.
