Submission format: - bidders must submit one paper copy and one protected electronic copy of the pricing schedule (the excel workbook). - In the event of a discrepancy between the paper and electronic copies, the paper copy prevails. - All paper copies of the pricing schedule must be signed by the bidder. Required worksheets to complete: - b-summary (mandatory). - B2-Deliverables (mandatory). - B1-Daily rates (optional, complete only if applicable). Completion rules: - only yellow-highlighted input cells may be completed; bidders must not change any formulas, formatting, or structure of the workbook. - All relevant input cells for the bid must be completed. - Additional breakdown of deliverables into activities may be provided where deliverables are broken up into activities. Currency and VAT: - all pricing must be quoted in south african rands (ZAR). - unit prices must be entered excluding VAT; the template calculates VAT automatically. - If the bidder is not VAT registered, this must be indicated and the VAT formula in cell j35 of the b-summary sheet must be deleted. Confirmation: - the bidder must print and sign all worksheets (summary and annexures b1 to b2). - The confirmation block requires the bidder's signature, name, designation, and date.

Disqualification risks: - any returnable form left unsigned or omitted. - Quotations received after the closing time, regardless of reason. - Failure to comply with the above will result in negative scoring for responsiveness or disqualification.
