Submit the following returnable documents as part of the proposal: completed proposal template, executive summary, detailed project plan, budget summary (including VAT if applicable), CVs of the project team, copies of qualifications, and a signed declaration by the proposing organisation. Proof of VAT registration must be provided if VAT is charged; if not VAT registered, no VAT must be charged.

Submit the following as part of your proposal: completed proposal template, executive summary, detailed project plan, financial summary (including VAT status and proof of VAT registration if applicable), CVs of all project team members, copies of relevant qualifications, and a signed declaration by the proposing organisation confirming the accuracy of the information and adherence to the project plan.

• Submit to the tender box at B7 Maple Place, 145 Western Service Road, Woodmead, Sandton, 2080. • Deadline: 06 July 2026 at 11:00. Late bids will not be considered. • Required documents: Fully completed and signed SBD1 (Invitation to Bid), SBD4 (Bidders’ Disclosure), SBD6.1 (Preference Claim Form), SBD3 (Pricing Schedule). • Submission format: 1 original, 2 hard copies, 1 electronic copy on USB in PDF, and 1 separate pricing proposal (hard copy). Use the two-envelope system. • All documents must be signed in black ink; photocopies are acceptable but original signatures required. • Ensure the tender register is signed upon submission. • Bids submitted by telegram, telex, facsimile, or similar means are not accepted. • Disqualification risks: Late submission, incomplete returnable documents, not using the tender box, providing false information.
