Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, email, or late tenders are not accepted. An original hard copy AND an electronic copy (USB or CD) of the completed tender document with returnable forms must be submitted. Failure to comply will deem the bid non-responsive. Ensure the tender document is complete after downloading from www.etender.gov.za or www.kouga.gov.za. Validity period for submissions is 90 days from closing date. RFQs deposited in the incorrect box or delivered to any other venue will not be considered.
