Croix street, jeffreys bay (mon–thu 07:30–15:00, fri 07:30–12:00); prices must be vat-inclusive and remain fixed for the contract period, with annual escalation possible only after 12 months with one month's written notice. • Tender validity is 90 days from closing; the municipality reserves the right to appoint more than one contractor and does not bind itself to the lowest or any tender.

Pre-qualification requirements: tried and tested technology, off the shelf, spare parts and replacement within 12 hours, SLA with maintenance plan, and at least five contactable references.
