Scope: Provide evaluation, testing, and issuing of Fire Certificate of Compliance (COC) at Richards Bay Airport ATNS Control Centre for 24 months on an as-and-when-required basis. Services include: Inspect fire equipment (extinguishers, hose reels, sprinkler systems, hydrants, smoke alarms, fire detectors) for compliance with SANS 1475-1, SANS 1475-2, SANS 10105, and SANS 10400 Part T (1) and (2): 2020. Report findings, provide quotes for repairs or replacements, and manage local fire authority liaison to issue valid COC. Deliverables: Full fire system inspection and audit, routine follow-up inspections, issuing of COC, fire authority liaison, detailed compliance reports, and fire equipment testing (extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, sprinklers, smoke detectors, fire panels, integrated systems). Quality: Services must meet SABS/SANS standards. ATNS may test quality; non-compliance may terminate the contract. Delivery: Within 7 working days of official order (unless agreed otherwise).
