Bids must be deposited in the Bid box at the Bojanala Platinum District Municipality offices, corner Beyers Naude and Fatima Bhayat Street, Rustenburg. Evaluation uses the 80/20 preferential procurement point system: 80 points for price and 20 points for specific goals. Bids are adjudicated under the municipality's Supply Chain Management Policy and Preferential Procurement Policy, in line with the Preferential Procurement Regulations, Gazette No 47452 of 2022.
