Provision and maintenance of water filtration, purification, and carbonation systems

Submit original bid documents in a sealed A4 envelope. The envelope must clearly state the bid number and the name of the tender. Deposit the sealed envelope into Tender Box 2, located at the reception area, ground floor, Cape Town International Convention Centre 1, No. 1 Lower Long Street, Convention Square, Foreshore, Cape Town. Late submissions, or submissions via email or fax, will not be accepted.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system: 80 points for price, 15 points for B-BBEE status, and 5 points for locality. A functionality threshold applies, with a minimum qualifying score of 70 points required to proceed to further evaluation stages.

The scope involves the provision and maintenance of a water filtration and purification system, including a carbonated solution component.

Physical tender documents are available for purchase at a non-refundable fee of R 200 (cash). Electronic copies can be requested free of charge via email or downloaded from the CTICC website.

Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) or the CTICC database by the adjudication date to be considered responsive. Compliance with all terms and conditions specified in the tender document is mandatory to avoid invalidation.
