Bids must be received by tuesday, 29 september 2026 at 12:00. Late proposals and proposals submitted by e-mail or fax will not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids will be opened in public. The cticc reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject, or accept any part of a proposal, and is not bound to accept the lowest or highest-scoring bid. Tender documents may be obtained electronically free of charge by email request, downloaded from www.cticc.co.za, Or purchased in cash at a non-refundable fee of r200 per document from the supply chain office. Bidders must complete all documents in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in the tender document.
