Submit in a sealed envelope to the EHC head office (Cnr Victoria Street and Linton Jones Street, Germiston, next to the fire station). The envelope must be placed in the RED TENDER BOX at the reception. You must sign the submission register upon delivery. Ensure the envelope is clearly marked with the description and RFQ number (EHCDR/05/2026). Late submissions will not be accepted.

The evaluation follows a three-stage process: Stage 1 (Mandatory Compliance), Stage 2 (Administrative Compliance), and Stage 3 (Price and Preference Points). Stage 3 uses the 80/20 preference point system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Specific goals include: HDI (5 pts), Women (3 pts), Disability (2 pts), Youth (2 pts), and Location within Ekurhuleni (8 pts).

Supply, fit, and install a Flowplast drainage system behind Block D (approx. 160 sqm). Scope includes: digging trenches, ensuring correct pipe support, planning fittings layout, aligning inspection chambers, installing solid supports/radius rest bends, backfilling, and replacing grass. Materials required include: 8 bags of 42.5 strength cement, 1 cube building sand, 1 cube river sand, 1 cube plaster sand, 300 standard size cement maxi bricks, 24 x 6000x169 PVC pipes, 3 x 160mm Tee fittings, 1 x 600x600 frame & grate, 6 x 160mm gulley trap sets, 1 cube concrete mix, and labour.

Bidders must submit a completed pricing schedule on a company letterhead. Prices must be VAT inclusive. Bidders must provide a signed undertaking confirming the availability of sufficient financial resources or access to short-term financing. A bank confirmation letter (not older than three months) is required.

Mandatory: Active CIDB grading of 1GB or higher, three written references for general maintenance projects, and a signed submission register. Administrative: Certified Director's ID (not older than 3 months), CIPC registration, valid municipal account (not in arrears >90 days) or lease agreement, valid B-BBEE certificate/affidavit, bank confirmation letter, signed MBD forms, valid Tax Pin, and CSD report.
