Minimum CIDB contractor grading of 3GB or higher required. Preference given to tenderers with CIDB grading of 3GB or higher. Functionality/qualifying score: minimum threshold of 70%. Applicable preference point system: 80/20. Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting (11 June 2026) is required.

Scope: Demolition of existing concrete floors and construction of new concrete floors at the motor workshop. Additional work: Concrete repairs at the restaurant, Westlake Campus. Estimated CIDB contractor grading requirement: 3GB or higher.

Non-refundable tender deposit: R300.00 (proof of payment required). Payment must be made before tender documents are released. Documents are provided electronically after payment confirmation. False Bay TVET College reserves the right to award in whole or in part/to not the lowest bid received.
