Submit a sealed, clearly marked tender (with tender number and description) to the Municipal tender box at 26 Church/Kerk Street, Oudtshoorn, by 12:00 on 18 June 2026. Tenders will be opened publicly immediately after at the Supply Chain Management Office, same address. A fully completed set of tender documents must be submitted on original forms and remain valid for 120 days after closing. Tender documents cost R382.00 (VAT incl.) for hard copies or are free via email (PDF). Hard copies are only issued upon payment receipt at SCM Offices. Municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of it. Lowest bid or highest score does not guarantee award. Projects may not materialise.
