Scope: Provide high‑level information on the capability to deliver a pre‑feasibility study for a green hydrogen production, storage, refuelling and utilisation hub in the FTSEZ.

Key areas to address:

1. Company profile – registration, ownership, core services.
2. Experience with green hydrogen production, refuelling infrastructure, renewable energy integration (solar PV, BESS, grid).
3. Market and demand assessment for hydrogen, especially mining logistics.
4. Techno‑economic modelling, electrolyser technology, storage and dispensing solutions.
5. Fuel‑cell applications and scaling pathways.
6. Commercial and delivery models (BOO, BOOT, EPC, SPV, PPP).
7. Regulatory and permitting experience (EIA, MHI, NERSA, Pressure Equipment Regulations).
8. Typical deliverables, timelines, governance and reporting.
9. Case studies and references (optional).
10. Indicative, non‑binding pricing in Rand.

• Provide an indicative cost schedule for the pre‑feasibility study in South African Rand, including taxes and any applicable discounts.
• Show price breakdown by work package and estimated hours.
• Highlight any escalation factors or exchange‑rate assumptions.
• Pricing is for information only; it will not be used for evaluation or contract award.
• No bonds, guarantees or payment terms are required at this stage.

• Company registration details (CIPC) and proof of local presence in South Africa.
• Provide tax compliance status (SARS tax clearance).
