Evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system (80 for price, 20 for specific goals). Specific goals include: 51% or more ownership by Black people (3 points), Women (3 points), Black Youth (2 points), Black people with disabilities (2 points), enterprises within the City of Johannesburg (5 points), and SMMEs (5 points).

Provision of OHS training for 6 committee members over 3 days. Requirements include: design and delivery of training, provision of materials, conducting assessments, issuing certificates of competence, and submitting a post-training report. Training must be conducted on-site at JTC offices in Sandton. Facilitators must be suitably qualified and accredited.

Pricing must be firm and include all applicable taxes. No upfront payments; payment is made upon completion of the project. Bidders must quote for all items in the pricing schedule. No venue or catering costs should be included.

Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Must provide: valid Tax Clearance Certificate, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (not older than 3 months), municipal accounts (not in arrears for >90 days) for the company and all directors, and proof of HWSETA and/or QCTO accreditation. Must complete all MBD forms.
