Bidders must reserve the bid document via email to [email protected] between 14 May 2026 and 20 May 2026. A non-refundable fee of R1,000.00 is required to obtain the document from the SCM unit. Bids must be sealed in an envelope marked with the Project Name and Bid Number and deposited in the bid box at the reception area, Ndwedwe Municipal offices, Lot 47-48, Road P100, Ndwedwe. Late bids, or bids submitted via post, facsimile, or email, will be disqualified.

The evaluation follows a three-stage process: 1) Compliance (mandatory documents); 2) Functionality (minimum threshold of 85 points); 3) Price and Preference (80/20 system). Specific goals (20 points total) are allocated for: Locality (10 points), Race (7 points), and Gender (3 points). Failure to submit proof for specific goals results in zero points for that category, not disqualification.

Provision of security services for the Bhamshela Area for a period of 36 months.

A non-refundable documentation fee of R1,000.00 is required. Payment must be made to Nedbank, Account Name: Ndwedwe Local Municipality, Account Number: 119 744 1085, Branch Code: 198765. Proof of payment must reference the Bid Number and Company Name. Bids are valid for 120 days.

Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) is mandatory. Bidders must provide proof for specific goals (Locality, Race, Gender) via CIPC documents, B-BBEE certificates, sworn affidavits, utility bills, or letters from traditional authorities as specified.
