• Pricing: All prices must be VAT inclusive (if VAT registered) and quoted in ZAR. Non-VAT registered bidders must not charge VAT.
• Pricing Tables: Complete Part A (rental and storage), Part B (parking and operational costs), variable costs (refuse, water, electricity), and ad-hoc services (e.g., diesel for generator).
• No price changes permitted after Award Letter/Purchase Order issuance.

• CSD Registration: RAF will only conduct business with CSD-registered suppliers. Points for Preferential Procurement Specific Goals are verified via CSD.
