Provide financial accounting advisory and GRAP standards support services to the Cape Winelands District Municipality for 12 months. Scope includes: (1) First-time adoption of GRAP standards (e.g., guidance, calculations, valuations, adjustments, and use of professional valuation specialists where required). (2) Review of internal financial documents to ensure compliance with newly adopted/issued GRAP standards (e.g., examining documents, verifying updates, identifying gaps). (3) Review and update financial statement disclosures to align with GRAP standards (e.g., notes, schedules, accuracy checks). (4) Compliance assessment and recommendations (e.g., reports, corrective actions, best practices).
