Points for specific goals are allocated as follows: 100% Black Owned (6), 51%-99% Black Owned (4), 100% Black Women Owned (6), 51%-99% Black Women Owned (4), 5% Youth Owned (2), 2% Owned by Persons with Disabilities (1), EME (5), QSE (3). Bidders must claim points via SBD 6.1 and submit supporting documents to avoid zero points.

Scope: Appointment of a conveyancer to register a right of extension. Deliverables: 1) Draft Power of Attorneys and Notarial Deed; 2) Execute the Deed and perform Deed searches; 3) Obtain relevant information from the Body Corporate; 4) Draft supporting documents and resolutions; 5) Apply for a Transfer Duty Receipt; 6) Lodge documents at the Deeds Office. Pricing: Quote per hour for professional services. Set rates required for disbursements: travel cost per km, emails per 15 minutes, telephone calls per minute, printing/photocopies per page, administrative costs. Include VAT and total inc. VAT in all quotes. Expected delivery: June 2026. Contract type: Once-off.

SCM Compliance: CSD Report or Summary, completed and signed SBD 4, SBD 6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (signed by commissioner of oath), valid tax PIN. Ethical: Declare conflicts of interest, relationships with state employees, or listing in the Register for Tender Defaulters or List of Restricted Suppliers.
