Required documents: recent National Treasury (CSD) Central Supplier Database report, original or certified B-BBEE certificate (with visible SANAS logo) or Sworn Affidavit, completed and signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms, quotation on company letterhead, and a brochure detailing the training course (duration, level, modules, outcomes). Non-compliance with submission format or missing mandatory documents will disqualify the bid. Equivalent specifications to branded items are acceptable. National Treasury’s General Conditions of Contract (GCC) apply.

Must submit CSD report, valid B-BBEE certificate (SANAS logo) or Sworn Affidavit, and completed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. Bidders must not be listed in the Register for Tender Defaulters or Restricted Suppliers. (2) Price and preference points: 80 points for pricing (lowest acceptable tender scores highest), 15 points for ≥51% black ownership, 5 points for ≥30% black woman ownership. Bids must comply with POPIA.
