Disqualification risks: persons in the service of the state, blacklisted by National Treasury, listed on the Register for Tender Defaulters, or in arrears for municipal rates/taxes for more than 90 days. Max pressure: 15 bar. Length: 16 cm. Quantities: 2 units with flow range 10–100 l/h, and 2 units with flow range 0–40 l/h. Product brochure must be attached.

Firm prices only (non-firm prices, including those subject to exchange rate variations, will be rejected). Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Submit a separate pricing schedule for each delivery point if applicable. Offer must be valid for 60 days from closing date. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price. Pricing schedule must include: item number, quantity, description, unit price, total price, sub-total, VAT at 15%, and grand total (in ZAR).
