Submissions must be made via the National E-Tender Portal (https://www.etenders.gov.za/). Bidders must search for the RFQ reference number, expand the tender information, and follow the e-submission process using CSD credentials. Quotes must be in PDF format (MS Word, Excel, or images are not accepted) and on company letterhead. Failure to include all applicable taxes will lead to disqualification.

The tender follows an 80/20 preference point system, where 80 points are allocated to price and 20 points to specific goals as per the PPPFA 2022. Bidders must submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.

Provision of accredited novice (5 days) Skid Steer/Bobcat training. Required accreditation: US ID 262712 or QCTO accredited Skid Steer skills program. Training quantity: 12 learners total (two groups of 6). Training location: JW Wastewater Treatment Plant, Northern Works (approx. 8km north of Fourways). Bidders must provide learning aids (pens and notepads) and at least one signed reference letter for similar training successfully rendered.

Only firm prices will be accepted. Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes. All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

Compulsory requirements include: CSD registration, valid Tax Clearance Certificate/SARS PIN, valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal account statement or lease agreement (not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days), completed and signed MBD forms (4, 6.1, 8, 9), and company registration documents with ID copies of directors/shareholders. Joint Venture agreements must be signed by all parties if applicable.
