Evaluation will use the 80/20 point scoring system: 80 points for price, 20 points for specific goals as per PPPFA 2022. Training must cover: Legal Framework for Contracts; History and Overview of JBCC; Generic Procurement Process; Principles of Planning and Control; JBCC Contract & Tender Documents; JBCC Principal Building Agreements (Interpretation, Insurances, Execution, Completion, Payment, Suspension, Termination, Dispute Resolution); Principles of Managing Contracts; Claims of Time (extension procedures and assessment); Claims for Money (adjustment procedures and assessment); Disputes (resolution process under JBCC). Pricing must be submitted on the provided Pricing Schedule (MBD 3.1) for firm prices only. Non-firm prices (including subject to exchange rates) will not be considered. The total quotation must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, SDL). Omitting taxes leads to disqualification. The offer must be valid for 60 days from the closing date.
