Scope: Repair Unit 3 Module 2 Clarifier Number 3 scum box, straighten and install bend scrappers and plates at Northern Works. All materials must be stainless steel 304L. Work includes: OHS requirements (OHS file and environmental compliance for site work); strip and quote (artisan and assistant hours, transport); spare parts/materials (specify items and part numbers); consumables (specify type and quantity); workshop works/repairs (artisan and assistant hours); site repairs/works (artisan, assistant hours, transport); plant (specify type, e.g., TLB, and rate per day/hour). Delivery time must be specified. Follow the provided Bill of Quantities (BoQ) template for pricing. Quotations must include a breakdown of costs for each item.

Total quotation value must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT, PAYE, income tax, UIF, skills development levies). Submit firm prices only—non-firm prices will not be considered. Pricing must follow the provided schedule, with sub-total, 15% VAT, and grand total clearly stated. Delivery costs must be included in the bid price. If multiple delivery points apply, submit a separate pricing schedule for each. Quotation validity period: 60 days from closing date.
