Box hours: Mondays–Thursdays 08:00–16:45, Fridays 08:00–15:30 (excludes weekends/public holidays). Bids must remain valid for 120 days after closing. Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, emailed, or late tenders will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on the official bid documentation provided by the municipality. Samples must be provided for all items offered. Failure to comply with submission rules (e.g., sealed envelope, correct tender box, deadline) may result in disqualification.
