Mandatory returnable documents — each must be completed, signed and returned with the bid: - sbd 1 (invitation to bid): serves as the cover page with bidder and contact details. - Sbd 4 (bidder's disclosure): discloses any interest or connection to the state. - Sbd 6.1 (Preference points claim): claims points for specific goals. - Joint venture declaration form and joint venture agreement: required for joint venture bids. - Authority to sign bid documents: proof of signatory authority (e.g. Company resolution). - Signed general conditions of contract. - Central supplier database (csd) full report. - Proof of address. - Medical certificate (if claiming disability ownership points). Submission method: sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid name and number, deposited into the tender box at the ecpta offices, 17-25 oxford street (cnr fleet & oxford), east london, NO later than 11:00 on 24 november 2026. Bids that are late, incomplete, unsigned, faxed or emailed will be disqualified. Facsimile or electronic submissions are not accepted. Bidder must sign all relevant pages; failure to do so results in automatic disqualification.
