Required returnable documents: Safety File, OHS compliance documentation, insurance certificates, site establishment plan, project planning deliverables (Energy Consumption Baseline Reports, Business Plan, Work Plans), project management reports (Monthly, Quarterly, Closeout), capacity building/training plan, and energy efficiency awareness campaign plan. Submit all as per standard tender practices. Disqualification risk if any mandatory documents are missing.

- Submit ONE hard‑copy proposal to: THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AGENCY, Reception Area, 04 Kikuyu Road, Sunninghill, 2157 (no other address accepted).\n- Deadline: 11:00 hrs on 18 May 2026. Late or incomplete proposals will be rejected.\n- Use the official bid forms (SBD1, SBD4 and SBD6.1) and sign all documents.\n- Returnable documents: completed standard bidding documents, CSD registration number (or TCS PIN), and JV/Consortium agreement or Trust Deed where applicable.\n- Quotation validity: up to 90 days from submission date (earlier periods allowed but may lead to disqualification).\n- Indicate earliest possible delivery/start‑up and the number of working days required to complete the works.\n- Payment: within 30 days of receipt of a correct tax invoice after completion of the works.\n- Any non‑compliance with the above items results in automatic disqualification.
