Late bids will not be considered. • Deposit the sealed bid in the bid box at the entrance of the Mthatha Dam Office Building, Department of Water and Sanitation, Mthatha Dam, 5100. • The envelope must be endorsed: “Original Bid: WTE 1014 CE: THE REMOVAL OF HAZARDOUS WASTE FROM CONSTRUCTION EAST – MZIMVUBU WATER PROJECTS IN THE EASTERN CAPE AND SATELLITE PROJECTS FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS”. • Use the official bid forms provided; do not retype them. • Complete, sign, and submit SBD1, SBD 3.1, and SBD 4. Failure to submit these will disqualify your bid. • All spaces in the bid forms and annexures must be completed in full. • The bid documents must not be separated; no pages should be detached. • For companies, include a board resolution authorising the signatory.
