Joint ventures must submit formation documents and specify the lead partner. Alternative tenders (if submitted) must be in a separate sealed envelope marked 'Alternative Tender' and must include a main tender. All documents must be legible, signed, and completed in non-erasable ink. Tender validity period: 120 days post-closing, extendable to 12 months + 6 months by mutual agreement.
